Let me start by saying I don't actually like meal-plans. I think they can often be too restrictive. When working with individuals I prefer to focus on changing behaviors over time as this is the key to long term success.
However, I personally find meal-planning helpful whenever I feel like my food choices have been steered off course. Life happens! Sometimes its just one thing after another:- another wedding, another lunch date, one more scone and before you know it, you are so far from your healthy eating routine that getting back there seems like a daunting task.
