Summer can be a tough time when it comes to managing your health and weight. BBQs, 99's and one too many beers can leave you feeling a little...sluggish... by the end of August.
September is a great opportunity to get back on track with your weight and health goals.
Thats why I developed the Back to Basics program.
What is it?
This is NOT a diet. This program is all about prioritising YOU and YOUR health goals again. The program will have you completing certain targets to ensure you are nourishing your body in the best way possible. Targets include water targets, vegetable/fruit intake targets, protein targets and exercise targets.
What do you get?
As a participant you will receive all the materials to complete the Back to Basics program, along with four weeks on ongoing support. We will carry out a initial 60minute nutrition assessment followed by 2*30minutes review appointments throughout september. You will receive nourishing recipe ideas and other tips to help you get back to basics.
When does it start?
- 1*60minute initial private nutrition assessment (Wednesday 31st August)
- 2*30minute private review appointments (Wednesday 14th September and Wednesday 28th September)
- 4 weeks of email and phone support
How much does it cost?
The program is €150. 40-60% of these fees are redeemable if you hold private insurance.
