Coconut banana muffins (high calorie)

Ingredients:

2 cups flour (250g)

1 tsp baking powder

4 bananas mashed

1/4 cup butter melted (60g)

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp milk

1 tsp extract vanilla

100g desiccated coconut

2 heaped tbsp peanut butter

Method:

1.Mix flour, baking powder, coconut together 2. mashed banana in separate bowl. 3. melt butter and stir in sugar. 4. add all wet ingredients into dry and place in pre-lined muffin tins. 5. sprinkle coconut on top. 6. Bake at 180 for 20-25minutes. 6. Check with fork to see if done. Makes six

Nutrition information: Per muffin- 450kcals, 70g carb, 7.5g protein, 17.5g fat.
