Overnight Oats

Use a "nearly empty" glass peanut butter jar for this recipe for extra taste!

- 40g oats (old fashioned)

- 1 cup greek yogurt (glenisk/fage)

- 1/2 cup of blueberries 

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Mix ingredients together 2. Place in jar in fridge overnight 3. Eat cold in the morning for quick high protein, filling breakfast
