Blueberry muffin shake

Blueberry muffin shake 

  • 80g blueberries or roughly a mug-ful
  • 250mls milk of choice
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 frozen banana or normal banana
  • 20g oats (raw)
  • drop of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Blend all ingredients for a quick breakfast!
