3 minute breakfast

3 minute breakfast

- 2 eggs

- 2 teaspoons feta/goat cheese

- handful baby tomatoes chopped in half

- handful spinach

- 3 basil leaves or teaspoon dried basil/green herb

- salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons milk

1. Crack eggs into mug 2. Add milk and whisk to break yolks, 3. Add chopped veggies and herbs 4. Put in microwave for 2minutes or until cooked, stir every 45seconds ensure all liquid is cooked. 5. Eat our of the cup for laziest breakfast every! Grab a banana or two on way to work if needing some carbohydrates.
