Kale Chips

- 100g Curly Kale (hard stems removed)

- soy sauce (2 teaspoons)

- salt and pepper

- Fry Light

1. Preheat oven to 170degrees. 2. Remove all hard stems from kale 3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper 4. Coat kale in fry-light, soy sauce and seasoning as needed. 5. Bake in oven for 20minutes. 6. Enjoy!
