Banana bread smoothie

- 20g oats

- 250ml milk of choice

- 1 frozen banana (peel and freeze in ziplock bags overnight)

- Teaspoon cinnamon

- Vanilla extract/dried nutmeg/dried ginger (optional)

- 1 tablespoon peanut butter

1. Blend all ingredients 2. Top with extra raw oats
