Brussel sprouts (not boiled)

Brussel Sprouts (Not Boiled!)

- 1 (500g) bag Brussels sprouts

- 3 tablespoons oil

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1. Preheat oven to 200degrees. 2. Trim sprouts and half them. 3. Toss in oil and seasoning and vinegar 4. Line baking tray with parchment paper/tin foil 5. Place sprouts onto tray 6. Roast for 40minutes until leaves are slightly crispy. Shake pan every 10minutes whilst roasting.
