Mango Banana Smoothie

Ready to leave winter behind? This is the perfect smoothie for warmer days. I bought ready-to-eat mangos from Aldi, which makes this recipe a whole lot easier. No days spent waiting for the mangos to ripen. Chop up any leftovers and store them in a ziploc bag in the freezer for future fruity smoothies!

Ingredients:

1. 1 medium mango peeled and chopped

2. 125mls coconut water

3. 200mls almond milk (unsweetened) or milk of choice

4. teaspoon ginger (minced), (use 1/2 teaspoon if using dried)

5. 1 Banana

6. 3-4 cubes of ice

Mix in nutribullet and enjoy!
