Two Ingredient biscuits

Biscuits are one the hardest foods to portion. In Ireland tea and biscuits seem to go hand in hand. Of course there can be room for biscuits in a varied balanced diet but we probably dont  need them as often we would like to eat them.

One of my favourite ways to manage my biscuit cravings is by making a batch of these simple "biscuits". They are perfect to make on a Friday night instead of something sweet.


  • 1 Banana (mashed)

  • 1 cup of Instant or Jumbo Oats

  • (add ins optional-cinnamon, raisins, choc chips, nutmeg, ginger, pb2)

  1. Mix ingredients together

  2. Spoon onto greaseproof paper (makes 6)

  3. Bake at 325F/160C for 15minutes



As you can see, I like to add extra pb or nut butter for staying power. Enjoy!
